plano es a partir del d\u00eda 01 de marzo del 2017, por lo cual todos las planillas que se carguen por archivo plano a partir del primero de marzo del 2017 deben llevar la nueva estructura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Para el Decreto 1990 aplica a partir del d\u00eda 6 de marzo de
