Comfanorte en alianza con la DIAN Seccional C\u00facuta capacit\u00f3 al gremio de contadur\u00eda, finanzas, administradores y otros en R\u00e9gimen Simple de Tributaci\u00f3n, con el acompa\u00f1amiento del Dr. Luis Felipe Guarnizo L\u00f3pez, especialista en Derecho Tributario y Aduanero.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con el Dr. Guarnizo, es fundamental que la parte conceptual quede muy clara en las empresas y quienes las asesoran, toda vez que existen diferentes modificaciones que a\u00fan no se han terminado de comprender, cuando ya est\u00e1n saliendo nuevas, como las actualizaciones provenientes de la Ley de Financiamiento y de la cual ya est\u00e1n corriendo los t\u00e9rminos en especial el Decreto 1468 del 13 de agosto de 2019 numeral 1.3.1.4.7.<\/p>\n

Inform\u00f3 que hasta el 16 de septiembre de 2019 vence el plazo para que los contribuyentes decidan si se desean vincular al R\u00e9gimen Simple de la Tributaci\u00f3n, aquellos que perciben ingresos susceptibles de producir un incremento en el patrimonio y con el cual encontrar\u00e1n beneficios como la reducci\u00f3n de cargas formales y sustanciales.<\/p>\n

Con respecto al periodo gravable de enero a agosto el plazo es el 23 de septiembre, es importante identificar la naturaleza del servicio para conocer si es gravado o no, aquellas que ejecutan actividades econ\u00f3micas gravadas o reciban ingresos de actividades econ\u00f3micas gravadas con IVA.<\/p>\n
