{"id":18981,"date":"2020-10-27T21:03:27","date_gmt":"2020-10-27T21:03:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/comfanorte.com.co\/?p=18981"},"modified":"2020-10-27T21:03:27","modified_gmt":"2020-10-27T21:03:27","slug":"comfanorte-participo-en-la-caminata-por-la-salud-en-ocana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/comfanorte.com.co\/index\/comfanorte-participo-en-la-caminata-por-la-salud-en-ocana\/","title":{"rendered":"Comfanorte particip\u00f3 en la caminata por la salud en Oca\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Oca\u00f1a.<\/strong> En medio de pancartas y charlas educativas transcurri\u00f3 la caminata 5k por la salud; actividad f\u00edsica liderada por la Alcald\u00eda de Oca\u00f1a y el Instituto Municipal de Deporte y Recreaci\u00f3n IMDER, en articulaci\u00f3n con Indenorte y a la cual La Caja de Compensaci\u00f3n Familiar de Norte de Santander-COMFANORTE se vincul\u00f3, con el prop\u00f3sito de promover los h\u00e1bitos y estilos de vida saludable en los habitantes de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn COMFANORTE, siempre estamos pensando en la salud y el bienestar de los oca\u00f1eros, por eso hoy, nos alegramos de participar y apoyar este tipo de iniciativas que permiten incentivar en la ciudadan\u00eda la actividad f\u00edsica de forma regular. Las ocupaciones diarias hacen que en muchas oportunidades las personas lleven una vida sedentaria, pero recuerden que siempre ser\u00e1 importante disponer, aunque sea 30 minutos al d\u00eda para ejercitarse o realizar alg\u00fan deporte, de esta manera estamos previniendo enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas como: diabetes, osteoporosis, obesidad, hipertensi\u00f3n, entre otras\u201d as\u00ed lo asegur\u00f3 Marta Ortiz Coordinadora de la Unidad Integral de Servicios Comfanorte Oca\u00f1a- (UISC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el recorrido, los caminantes quienes lograron no solo ejercitarse sino a su vez divertirse y apreciar los hermosos paisajes del sector, coincidieron en los beneficios tanto f\u00edsicos como mentales que genera en la vida de las personas realizar alg\u00fan deporte, pues aseguraron que este ayuda disminuir el estr\u00e9s y la depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente cabe indicar que est\u00e1 comprobado que el ejercicio f\u00edsico libera endorfinas, las cuales mejoran el estado de \u00e1nimo y la salud de las personas, es por ello que la invitaci\u00f3n por parte de COMFANORTE a la comunidad nortesantandereana es a realizar deporte, especialmente el que m\u00e1s le guste y con el que se sientan m\u00e1s familiarizados, el cuerpo y la vida se lo agradecer\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Practicar deporte <strong>#ValeLaPena<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Oficina de Comunicaciones<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Comfanorte<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>2020<\/strong>    \t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oca\u00f1a.
