C\u00facuta.<\/strong> La Caja de Compensaci\u00f3n Familiar de Norte de Santander \u2013 Comfanorte, se permite informar a sus afiliados, empresas afiliadas y comunidad en general que, debido a inconvenientes de car\u00e1cter t\u00e9cnico, nuestra l\u00ednea de atenci\u00f3n PBX presenta fallas en su funcionamiento habitual.<\/p>\n

Nuestro equipo de soporte tecnol\u00f3gico ya se encuentra trabajando de manera prioritaria para restablecer el servicio en el menor tiempo posible y garantizar la comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva con los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n

Con el fin de no afectar la prestaci\u00f3n de nuestros servicios y mantener un contacto permanente, invitamos a la ciudadan\u00eda a utilizar los siguientes canales de atenci\u00f3n alternativos:
\n1. L\u00ednea \u00danica de Atenci\u00f3n: Las personas pueden comunicarse a trav\u00e9s de la l\u00ednea celular 300 912 7111, donde nuestro personal estar\u00e1 disponible para orientar y gestionar sus solicitudes.
\n2. L\u00edneas M\u00f3viles por Servicios: Igualmente, se ha dispuesto un directorio de l\u00edneas m\u00f3viles directas para servicios espec\u00edficos (Vacunaci\u00f3n, Vivienda, Cr\u00e9dito, Programas Especiales, Educaci\u00f3n, Turismo, entre otros, las cuales podr\u00e1n encontrar en las piezas graficas publicadas en nuestras redes sociales, en Facebook e Instagram aparecemos como @Comfanorte).
