Catalogado por los asistentes y expositores como un &#8220;\u00e9xito total&#8221;, concluy\u00f3 ayer en el Ecoparque la primera Feria de la Vivienda y la Construcci\u00f3n, &#8220;Expovive&#8221;, organizada por Camacol C\u00facuta y Nororiente; La Lonja de Propiedad Ra\u00edz de Norte de Santander y Comfanorte.<\/p>\n<p>En un primer consolidado, los resultados del evento proporcionados por la gerencia de la Feria fueron:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Asistentes: 9.800 personas durante los tres d\u00edas de duraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>95 viviendas vendidas por una suma que alcanzan los 7 mil millones de pesos.<\/li>\n<li>88 negocios relacionados a materiales de construcci\u00f3n y servicios complementarios por mil millones de pesos.<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9ditos bancarios preaprobados por $2.500 millones de pesos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;Expovive&#8221; cont\u00f3 con 92 stands y la participaci\u00f3n de 105 empresas de los sectores de la construcci\u00f3n, inmobiliarias, entidades financieras, servicios complementarios, decoraci\u00f3n, materiales\u00a0de construcci\u00f3n, maquinaria liviana y pesada, servicios p\u00fablicos, universidades, cajas de compensaci\u00f3n, gremios y gastronom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Para la directora de Comfanorte, Claudia Uribe Rangel, este primer ejercicio &#8220;fue un gran \u00e9xito gracias a la participaci\u00f3n activa de la gente que vino a pesar de la lluvia o el calor porque sus sue\u00f1os de tener casa propia o remodelaci\u00f3n imperaban; al entusiasmo de los empresarios y la decisi\u00f3n de Camacol, La Lonja y nosotros de hacer posible un evento de calidad para la ciudad y la regi\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>La doctora Uribe Rangel anunci\u00f3 que de inmediato se iniciar\u00e1 la labor junto a Camacol C\u00facuta y Nororiente, y La Lonja de Propiedad Ra\u00edz del departamento, para la organizaci\u00f3n de la segunda edici\u00f3n de &#8220;ExpoVive&#8221; en 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Mar\u00eda Claudia Pe\u00f1aranda, gerente de &#8220;Expovive&#8221;, destac\u00f3 que &#8220;gracias a un trabajo en equipo y a la uni\u00f3n de voluntades por un mismo objetivo, nos permitieron sacar esta primera feria adelante con importantes resultados&#8221;, a\u00f1adiendo que &#8220;la activa participaci\u00f3n de los ciudadanos e inter\u00e9s de los gremios empresariales nos motivan a seguir adelante, por lo que ya nos pondremos en la tarea para escalar este evento a que las empresas del interior y de nuestra regi\u00f3n fortalezcamos a\u00fan m\u00e1s &#8216; Expovive'&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Comfanorte agradece a los nortesantandereanos, en especial a los afiliados que hicieron parte de este evento, y a la vez reitera su compromiso de trabajo y su permanente respaldo a todos aquellos que persiguen el sue\u00f1o de obtener vivienda propia, as\u00ed como su bienestar a trav\u00e9s de todos los servicios que ofrece la Caja.    \t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El evento, que concluy\u00f3 ayer en el Ecoparque de Comfanorte, cont\u00f3 con la asistencia de 9.800 personas en los tres d\u00edas de duraci\u00f3n de la feria, seg\u00fan los primeros datos consolidados.
